Day 1
7.00am: Pick up from your hotel for leisurely drive to Kinabalu Park @ 1,500m
8.30am: Meet your Mountain Guide (in front of the souvenir shop) at Park HQ
8.50am: Set off and up Mt Kinabalu
2.00pm: Arrive at Laban Rata @ 3,200m
3.00pm: Check into Pendant hut @ 3,250m & meet your Mt Torq trainer
3.30pm: Via Ferrata familiarization
6.00pm: Dinner Laban Rata restaurant @ 3,200m
Day 2
1.30am: Wake up for breakfast and pack up
2.00am: Hike up to Low's Peak @ 4,095m
5.30am: Summit Low's Peak and catch the beautiful sunrise
5.45am: Descent Low's Peak
7.00am: Meet MT Trainer at Sayat Sayat Hut for Walk the Torq - Asia's first Via Ferrata
9.00am: Arrive and check out of Pendant Hut
11.00am: Decent to Kinabalu Park HQ for transport pick up
4.00pm: Transport pick up to KK town / next destination
